Articles with a strong focus on the teams all Aussies love...
And all the other teams.
The magazine guide comes with a wall map of each stage outlined. We might be the only household that actually hangs it up, but we refer to this most nights. We liked to check if we've been there before, and where each stage is heading. Its also a conversation starter with guests...
What can I say....
The editors know their audience!

ReplyDeleteSorry to say, but I have never understood the charm with biking (more than biking myself). I guess warching it on TV can be ok, but being out there and stand waiting in a special place and the ...wosh ... they pass in no time at all. You cannot see that much of the run. But, as with all sports, once you are stuck there is no way out. Wishing you an ecxiting tour and that all is well for the bikers in this heat.

ReplyDeleteAnd Caleb took the final stage on the champs elysees!!
ReplyDeleteIf no one else has claimed it, count me in! I missed more of the tour than I wanted because I was north with no cable; then home; then traveling. We would try to get our hosts to turn to it with limited (but some) success. But I followed as much as I could when I got online and did see the hailstorm day (Friday?) and a bit of Saturday at the end. (That wasn't all, but those were pretty interesting as things changed so much!)
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping better luck next year!
Jeanie, its yours... more than happy to share the tour love!
