It's Festival Time - the Alliance Francaise Film Festival

It's the Alliance Francais Film Festival here in Sydney. This years program is amazing. I have selected 8 movies to see in the next 3 weeks, but I'm devasted I cant see more. I'm going to see..
 Do you know any of these? Have you seen any of the others on the program? should I go and see something else??

Needless to say, I'm a little distracted at the moment... will post again when I can.

    I haven't seen any of these and I'm not familiar. On the other list, Paris J'taime is one of my favorites. I had a copy but the disk is bad now, but it turns up on my cable now and then. First saw it in the theatre and would see it again. And of course, Grand Illusion, which we watched in French class. Lucky you -- enjoy!

    Oh, I am deplorable at films! But, I will enjoy the event vicariously through your eyes. The picture at the top of your post alone thrills me.

    So far I've seen four of the movies on my list. I'm really loving hearing french, seeing Paris and other parts of France I love, and the way French directors make movies. I also love the participating Cimena who allow us to take a glass of wine into the movies. The Glasses come in Feature (1 glass), Double (size of 2 drinks), and EPIC (3 drinks).
